Yxthoshth[Storm Kin] in Salt Flats.....
I have seen him once, of course I have no capture signet on me. Returning to the same place over 30 times and he isn't there. If anyone has any info about other locations or what type of spawn he is it would be much appreciated. I have cleared the map a couple times to no avail, now I'm just making quick runs back to where I saw him last time hoping to catch him again.

He is a spawn for the quest to change your secondary class to Ranger. Someone in your group must have had the quest for you to see him the first time. That's the only way he will spawn.

Thanks, that is a better answer than I could have hoped for. Like most things in this game, there was no need to do so many runs, I just needed to figure out the trick.
